Vintage Milk Glass Avon Soap Candy Dish
is a 1970s vintage Avon collectible from the Country Garden Pattern.
This sweet little dish has a purple, and peach colored flower, some
green foliage, and the design is a wonderful decal on the front of this
very clean shiny milk white dish. The dish is Hallmarked, and is by
Avon.
The collectible dish measures about 3-3/8 inch tall, 4-1/2 inches long, and about 3-7/8 inch wide.
The
milk glass bowl rim is fluted, and has a pedestal foot. The rest of the
exterior, and the interior of this bowl appear to be very clean, very
shiny, and very white too. I am not finding any scratches, chips, or
knicks to report to you.

That time of year is coming upon all of us. I am starting to get cabin fever, very anxious for spring to arrive, being able to get out to visit Thrift Stores, Yard Sales, and different second hand stores. So, before that time is actually here I have been working on lowering my inventory to make room for some new things around here. Anxious to find some vintage collectibles, and also some lonely pieces to repurpose and upcycle too. Use a little glue, some ribbon, embellishments, painting, mod podge, and the joys of what can be made!
When you have a chance visit Ebay for some of the Auctions, and Buy It Nows that are being offered on items I have listed there. You can also visit Ecrater for many of the same things, don't have to sign in, and can either use Paypal or Google Wallet to purchase right away. Don't forget Etsy where I too have some items offered with repurposing and upcycling too. If you have any questions make sure to contact Me, and I will respond to you as soon as possible, ok?
Thanks so much for visiting with LilacsNDreams Shoppe everyone. Hope to see you again soon. Take care.

I have been selling online since 2004 as LilacsNDreams. Over time my focus has changed some from when I first started. I enjoy Thrifty Treasures of vintage collectibles, and reselling them to you. I also enjoy repurposing the old, reusing, and sometimes transforming dollar store finds too. The majority of my finds have been from Thrift Stores, Yard Sales, Good Wills, Collectors, and etc. I am selective with pieces I choose as I like to have them match/blend together. I like to also pay attention to if some of the bases I choose for the cake plates, and candle holders will be wide enough to help balance while standing, and maybe displaying items too.
I enjoy visualizing possibilities of every piece found while thrifting, junking, and shopping. Adding one piece, two pieces, three pieces, painting, sometimes just a gentle wash and dry works too. I feel good knowing that others also share in the same interests of what I have to offer, and being able to offer treasures for others to enjoy within their homes.
If you have any questions, or concerns with some things make sure to contact Me. I sell with a couple of different venues, but I am able to also invoice you separately with Paypal, or Google Wallet if you would prefer too. Just give me a jingle/contact Me for this. Thanks so much for visiting, and sharing your time with LilacsNDreams Shoppe. Have a wonderful day, and see you again soon.
