I enjoy making these items from vintage pieces that come from broken sets, are lonely pieces, etc. Sometimes I will find other items of home decor, dinnerwares, kitchenwares, and etc that can also be used for making these things. I have found with some of the pieces that I am making that you can also flip them over to make a single candle holder with them, put an arrangement around the plate when it is flipped over, and so on.
