Welcome to LilacsNDreams Shop! As we can see I have not been on this page for quite some time. Ugghh!!!  I have not been totally ignoring my blog. My original blog page is with LilacsNDreams which is the main page to all of this, the starting point for this whole blog. You can either click on the link I’ve shared, or at the top you will see Home which you can click that too. 

My home page is where I generally share things I know, things I’ve learned, share what I have found, sometimes share things from others, and so on. This page that you have landed on now will slightly be changing. The biggest change will be me changing the name from LilacsNDreams Shoppe to LilacsNDreams Shop. I spent time, and have my domain bought for this name change as well. That will be LilacsNDreams Shop. 

Next, my biggest thing I wish to do with this page will be to show pictures of things I sell. Items I will be offering will be vintage collectibles, and I am enjoying and having fun with repurposed, upcycle, restyle, handmade, DIY, crafting, etc. I enjoy seeing possibilities with things I find while I am thrifting, yard saling, marketplace shopping, goodwill, and just so many places that treasures can be found! I will offer items as found. Sometimes items found might need a light cleaning, sometimes a touch of paint, sometimes uniting pieces making them unique can be done, and the possibilities are endless. I love the treasures I find, and the ones I create too. Unfortunately, I do not have the room to keep everything. I take pleasure in offering treasures to their forever homes, and sometimes they might be a gift for someone special too. 

Shipping will be done with USPS generally, and I will be using prices through Pirate Ship which offers just a little bit lower price than USPS too.

Payments will be with PayPal which is safe, and secure for payments to be made. I’ve used them for years, and have been comfortable with their service.

Welcome to LilacsNDreams Shoppe! Happy to see you dropping by. I am excited, and wanted to come here to share the good news. I made my first sale since I have gone back to Etsy to sell again. The pictures you see above are for The Life Compass Silver Plated Keychain which I have sold. I made the sale on Friday, and was able to get things together to have it shipped the same day. Item should be delivered by the new owner on Monday, April 22, 2019.

Some will be vintage collectibles....which is most of the items at this time. While I am listing things I am slowly working on some crafting, and repurposing things too. I just completed a craft that I used some vintage wooden blocks with. I will let you know when I am offering it for sale. Working on another 1-2 pieces using wooden blocks so that I can post them all together.

Unique Marquise Diamond 14kt Yellow Gold Ring

LilacsNDtreams Shoppe is offering this beautiful Unique Marquise Diamond 4kt Yellow Gold Ring. This ring has its own unique style with possibilities. You could wear this gorgeous diamond ring alone, or create it to your own unique style with maybe 1 or 2 bands added to it. 

This diamond ring is in a 14kt Yellow gold band. The center stone is a 5/8 carat Marquise cut diamond with a VS2 clarity and a G color. On each side of the Marquise Diamond in the band are 4 .03 carat round diamonds that are also of the same clarity, and color. These 4 diamonds are 1/4 carat total weight. 

Pictures do not do this ring justice showing it’s bling, and that WOW effect upon viewing it in person. Please view all pictures that I am able to share. Jewelry is hard to picture , and show it’s true beauty. I’m not an expert, and did the best I could showing the details and true beauty in natural lighting of this ring. 

 ~*~*~  The ring was recently appraised at $4800, and I am asking for $3500 OBO  ~*~*~

The ring comes with a recent appraisal that was completed on February 19, 2019 with Eckerman Jewelry in Carroll, IA. 

I am not sure of the size of this ring. I have shared pictures of the ring on my pinky, and also my ring finger. I wear about a size 8 on my ring finger, and the ring fits onto my knuckle/right below it. 

This ring is beautiful, clean, shines, and in very good condition. Would be a beautiful ring to wear on your right hand, maybe used as a replacement ring, or to ask that big question with the memorable response of “I Do”

Vintage Way Rite Household Kitchen Scale Red Tray 25 lb Capacity Working Condition

 Vintage Way Rite Household Kitchen Scale Red Tray 25 lb Capacity Work Condition Vintage Collectibles Home Decor, 1930s to 1960s, Cottage Shabby Farmhouse Chic has a weight capacity of 0 to 25 pounds, is a household scale made in the U.S.A., and is believed to have been established from 1930 to 1960s is the variation being found in research. The scale is a white enamel with a red round platform for weighing. It is not marked, but I believe the manufacture of this particular vintage scale is Hanson Scale Co.

The vintage kitchen scale is in working condition, and has a weight adjustment knob to ReZero it which I had done since these pictures were taken. This way rite scale measures about 9-1/4 inch tall, has about a 6 inch width. This vintage scale is in good working condition, made of steel with a white painted base, and a red round scale platform. Some nice patina showing years of use with some scratches, scuffs, small paint splatters, and a bit of some possible surface rusting. The dial graphics are strong on the silver-gray face

On one side of the scale you can see where a red type marker pen had been used to write 9 cups water 3 pounds texture.

Vintage Avon Butter Dish Fostoria Pressed Glass 1970s

Vintage Avon Butter Dish Fostoria Pressed Glass 1970s, vintage glass, vintage avon, 1970s dinnerware has a scalloped rim under plate, and a dome shaped lid with a round faceted knob handle. This piece was originally sold by Avon, and included 2 bath soaps that were 3 oz a piece. This had been made by Fostoria for Avon in the 1970s.

All of the diamond, starburst, and faceted handle designs on the dome are smooth to the touch with no imperfections found. On the inside bottom rim of the scalloped plate I did feel a couple of small very light nicks. Nothing serious, and does not take away from the function of this adorably clean butter dish. This measures about 5 inches tall with pieces together, and the plate has a diameter of about 6-1/4 inches. The plate is about 1 inch tall. This piece would add a touch of class, and elegance to the table. Use as a butter dish, serve some cheese, or display with some soap too. Great gift to be given too.
