Welcome to LilacsNDreams Shop! As we can see I have not been on this page for quite some time. Ugghh!!!  I have not been totally ignoring my blog. My original blog page is with LilacsNDreams which is the main page to all of this, the starting point for this whole blog. You can either click on the link I’ve shared, or at the top you will see Home which you can click that too. 

My home page is where I generally share things I know, things I’ve learned, share what I have found, sometimes share things from others, and so on. This page that you have landed on now will slightly be changing. The biggest change will be me changing the name from LilacsNDreams Shoppe to LilacsNDreams Shop. I spent time, and have my domain bought for this name change as well. That will be LilacsNDreams Shop. 

Next, my biggest thing I wish to do with this page will be to show pictures of things I sell. Items I will be offering will be vintage collectibles, and I am enjoying and having fun with repurposed, upcycle, restyle, handmade, DIY, crafting, etc. I enjoy seeing possibilities with things I find while I am thrifting, yard saling, marketplace shopping, goodwill, and just so many places that treasures can be found! I will offer items as found. Sometimes items found might need a light cleaning, sometimes a touch of paint, sometimes uniting pieces making them unique can be done, and the possibilities are endless. I love the treasures I find, and the ones I create too. Unfortunately, I do not have the room to keep everything. I take pleasure in offering treasures to their forever homes, and sometimes they might be a gift for someone special too. 

Shipping will be done with USPS generally, and I will be using prices through Pirate Ship which offers just a little bit lower price than USPS too.

Payments will be with PayPal which is safe, and secure for payments to be made. I’ve used them for years, and have been comfortable with their service.

This page had been established to offer some of my vintage collectibles that I offer for sale along with items that have been repurposed, upcycled, DIY, restyled, handmade. Sometimes treasures just need a simple dust, clean, wipe, or wash. Sometimes a piece found needs a new life put into it. That could consist of a little painting, minor touch up, maybe uniting another piece helps it, and there are so many possibilities! Instead of throwing things, and adding to the dumps why not bring the item back to life with the possibilities it could have?

Glass Candy Dish Bowl Compote Pressed Glass With Lid

Glass Candy Dish Bowl Compote Pressed Glass With Lid, Upcycled Candy Dish, Wedding Home Decor, Vintage Inspired, Center Piece Tablescapes can be used for simple everyday uses, or for special occasions as well. Many are used for candies, nuts, mints, maybe some truffles, and for the guests in your home. Great as a candle holder, jewelry trinket dish on the vanity or dresser, soap dish for the guests, or some sweet smelling bath salts too. Use in the entry way as a catch all for your keys, or maybe a place to set your glasses, coins, and business cards too. Use as a center piece with your tablescapes.  

The glass lid has a great rib design, and an adorable knob handle that sits a bit higher than more modern ones. I did find 1 flea bite on the inner rim of the lid that sits down into the bowl.  

This upcycled candy dish compote done by Me was done by uniting 3 different pieces of glass together. The vintage glass lid, the vintage glass bowl, and at the bottom of the bowl a glass coaster with a hobnail rim design had been applied to it for a little more character. I then added a simple tied pink bow to the knob handle on the lid which is removable.

This candy dish measures about 5 inches tall to the top of the knob handle on lid, and about 5-3/8 inches wide.  

Handcrafted, and although my pieces are made with a water resistant adhesive, I would recommend hand washing only. Please do not soak in water. This is not dishwasher, or microwave safe. Accessories used in aiding with these pictures are not included with this sale. All pieces are hand assembled with new, previously loved items, and with the use of a little bit of imagination too. Most of the pieces made are one of a kind being offered to you. This item has been remade into a new piece which has not yet been used by anyone.

Glass Candy Dish Stand Candle Holder Pedestal Bowl

Glass Candy Dish Stand Candle Holder Pedestal Bowl, Soap Dish Stand, Jewelry Trinket Dish, Wedding Inspired, Vintage Inspired is an absolute adorable way for you to display some of those candies, nuts, mints, cookies, truffles, pastries, and for different servings. Great for Holidays, Birthdays, Special Occasions, treats, and displays. Another feature with this dish stand is it can be flipped over to use as a single candle holder too. 

This dish stand would be great adorning your bathrooms with some soaps for your guests, sweet smelling bath salts, or maybe some rolled cloths too. Perfect addition to your dresser and vanity holding some of your favorite trinkets, and jewelry too. Looks great as a candle holder, or in a center piece with your tablescapes. The possibilities are endless for use with this. 

I united, and upcycled this piece using a designed glass bowl with a mikasa candle holder. The glass bowl has a wonderful fluted designed rim that slightly raises out as you go around the body of the dish. The center of the bowl has a great design of its own as well. The glass pedestal stand is a mikasa candle holder that was used. On one side of the bowl is a small scratch, or maybe a manufactured imperfection that I found. Otherwise the condition is very clean, shiny, and looks like new. It measures about 3-3/4 inch tall, 6-3/4 inch for the bowl diameter, and the resting base is about 4-3/4 inch wide. The bowl has a depth of about 1-3/4 inches. 

Handcrafted, and although I use a water resistant adhesive with my pieces I would recommend a hand wash only. Please do not soak this in water. It is not microwave, or dishwasher safe. Accessories used in aiding with my pictures are not included with this sale.

Black White Cloche Glass Dome Cover Wood Stand Pedestal

Black White Cloche Glass Dome Cover Wood Stand Pedestal is great for cheese and cracker board, wedding home decor, wedding inspired, vintage inspired, tablescapes center piece, and is such an adorably cute way for you to serve tea time sandwiches, cookies, truffles, or maybe some of your favorite pastries too. Perfect for the Holidays, Birthdays, Weddings, Special Occasions, and would be great to use all year by trading out what's under the dome. 

Display some special keepsake, give as a gift, use for house warming gifts, use on your buffet, put in the bathroom with some soaps or bath salts, use with and without the dome cover, and the possibilities are endless for it's use. 

I upcycled this piece by using a wooden candle holder, a wooden cheeseboard, some sheet music paper, white ribbon, and of course the glass cloche is with it too. I primed the wood with a grey primer, and then used a black paint. Once this all dried I applied part of a music sheet to the top of the board with the edges being slightly burnt. I also put some scrap sheet music around the middle of the stand. At the neck of this pedestal stand I applied some white silk ribbon as well. I used mod podge for the paper, and did use a final spray once that had dried before applying the white ribbon. The glass dome cover is clean, shiny, very sturdy glass, and appears to be free from any knicks, cuts, cracks, and etc. Together this cloche pedestal stand measures about 11-3/4 inch tall to the top of the glass knob handle, and is about 7-1/2 inches wide.

Avocado Green Relish Tray Dish Stand Glass Pedestal is a Vintage Inspired, Upcycled Green Relish Dish, for Wedding Decor, Home Decor, and is a really neat way for you to consider displaying your cupcakes, desserts, pastries, candies, nuts, mints, and can be used for all occasions. Another great feature with this one of a kind piece is that it can be flipped over to use as a single candle holder too.

This one of a kind upcycled piece was made from a vintage anchor hocking fairfield avocado green relish tray, and united with a glass candle holder from home interior. I am seeing no signs of use, and together his looks like an item that has an almost new condition. This measures 3-1/2 inches tall, and a diameter of about 8-3/4 inches. The green glass dish is divided 3 ways. This item is also remade into a new piece which has not been used by anyone.
