This piece has never been out of the box since I bought it, and it still has the original sticker $40.00 on the bottom of the figurine too. This is a blonde girl holding the American Flag. The bottom base reads as follows:  A portion of the proceeds benefits the "Precious Moments Special Fund for the September 11, 2001 Relief" Also, on the back side bottom on the pedestal base part you can lightly see Sam Butcher's signature that is imprinted there as well.
